Built around how your team actually thinks and works.
Most approaches treat AI like a software rollout. I treat it like a people problem. That's what makes the difference.
If we just show people what the tools can do, they'll start using them. So they run a training, send some resources, maybe bring in a vendor with a polished deck.
And for a week or two, there's momentum.
People are curious.
A few early adopters get excited.
Then it fades. People go back to doing things the way they always have. And the organization is left wondering what went wrong.
What went wrong is the approach ignored the most important variable: your team.
Every team has its own ways of working, its own friction points, its own reasons for resisting change. A solution that doesn't account for any of that isn't going to stick. It doesn't matter how good the tools are.
Adoption fails because the approach never accounted for the people.
I've spent more than 20 years helping people make sense of technology. Not in the abstract, but in the real, practical, this-is-how-you-use-it-in-your-actual-job way that changes how people work.
When AI became the most important technology shift most organizations had ever faced, I didn't pivot into it. I just kept doing what I've always done: figuring out how to make complex technology feel usable for real people, and building the kind of understanding that sticks.
What I've learned from working inside organizations is that the technical part is rarely the hard part. Getting people to genuinely change how they work is hard. That's where I focus.
I've helped resistant teams become enthusiastic ones. I've built custom AI solutions for organizations that needed something their existing tools couldn't do. And I've done it by starting the same way every time: understanding first, building second.
If you're looking for someone who has actually done this work, I'd love to talk.
